Who we are
EDURA Class 9 is a free learning project for CBSE Class 9 students, run by the team behind the YouTube channel Edura Class 9 (@EduraClass9). We create chapter-wise notes and video lessons that follow the new NCERT textbooks introduced for 2026-27.
What you will find here
- Chapter pages for all six subjects: Maths (Ganita Manjari), Science (Exploration), Social Science (Understanding Society: India and Beyond), English (Kaveri), Hindi (Ganga) and Sanskrit (Sharada).
- A plain-language overview, key definitions, points to remember and FAQs for every chapter.
- Full, beautifully designed notes for finished chapters, readable online and downloadable as PDFs at no cost.
- Video lessons on YouTube, each linking back to its chapter notes.
How we make the notes
Every chapter is written from the official NCERT textbook. We explain ideas step by step, add worked examples and summaries, and check facts, formulas and dates against the book. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will fix it quickly.

Independence
EDURA is an independent project and is not affiliated with CBSE or NCERT. Chapter names follow the NCERT textbooks only to describe the syllabus.
